The service
gallerypics lets wedding photographers upload their photos and deliver them to couples and guests through private online galleries. A photographer's account is a studio; other photographers or assistants can be invited to it.
Not a backup: keep your originals
gallerypics is a delivery service, not a backup. We keep one copy of each original you upload and no second copy. Keep your originals.
Galleries and storage
- Galleries never expire. A published gallery stays online until you unpublish, archive or delete it.
- Storage is limited by your plan: Free 10 GB, Starter 20 GB, Pro 100 GB, Studio unlimited (fair use, see below). Every plan has the same features. There is no limit on the number of galleries or guests.
- Deleted photos and galleries keep counting towards your storage until they are permanently deleted, 30 days after you delete them.
- If you use more storage than your plan includes (for example after a downgrade), new uploads are refused until you upgrade, or until galleries you delete are permanently deleted 30 days later. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Fair use on the Studio plan. The Studio plan has no fixed storage limit. It is meant for the client galleries of one photography business. If a studio's storage grows far beyond that, new uploads may pause until we have agreed on a way forward with you. Nothing is deleted.
Plans and billing
- Every studio starts on the Free plan, with 10 GB of storage and no payment details needed. Paid plans add storage.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in euros, through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
- Studio admins change plans, update the payment method and cancel in the billing portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the studio then moves to the Free plan.
- If a payment fails, new uploads and publishing are paused until it is fixed. When a subscription ends, the studio is on the Free plan: if it uses more storage than the Free plan includes, new uploads are paused. Either way, galleries that are already online stay online and guests keep their access.
Your photos
You are responsible for having the right to upload and share every photo you put in a gallery.

- You can delete photos and galleries in the dashboard at any time. A deleted gallery's link stops working at once.
- Deleted photos and galleries can be restored for 30 days. After that they are permanently deleted from storage and can't be recovered. Thumbnails and web-size copies can stay in Cloudflare's cache until it evicts them; only someone with access to the gallery can fetch them. When a gallery is deleted, guests' and the couple's access to its images ends within 12 hours. Members of the photographer's own studio can still load cached images until they are evicted.
- Deleting your studio deletes all of its galleries, which are then permanently deleted after 30 days. To delete your studio, write to us at the email address above.
